Thank you for your interest in HFHMGC! We currently offer two homeownership programs designed to meet the specific needs of individual buyers:
Home Direct—a fast track homeownership program designed for buyers who are ready to purchase a home within 0-90 days. Candidates for Home Direct generally have some or all of their financing secured OR can qualify for financing.
Homeownership Incubator—a program designed for buyers on a slightly longer timeline. Candidates generally wish to purchase a home within 4-12 months or need some time and assistance to work through minor to moderate financial barriers.
In addition to the above homeownership programs, we also offer a personal finance education program for Clients who wish to work on personal financial goals beyond home ownership:
Invest in Yourself - Financial Foundations - an interactive education and counseling program offering a wide variety of workshops, seminars and one-on-one counseling to help participants with a wide variety of financial goals. Priority enrollment currently available to those who were impacted by the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill.
